Green Circle Salon Partner

Lavender is proud to partner with Green Circle Salons, an industry-leading sustainability program that helps salons responsibly recycle and repurpose hard-to-recycle salon waste.

Through Green Circle, we responsibly recycle materials such as:

• Color tubes and caps

• Foils

• Excess color

• Gloves and other salon materials

This partnership allows us to divert 100% of our post-service salon waste from landfills and waterways.

Our impact:

• 217.5 lbs of salon waste diverted in 2024

• 686 lbs of waste diverted since opening in 2018

Local Composting with Agri-Cycle

Lavender partners with Agri-Cycle, a local composting service, to responsibly manage organic waste.

This includes:

• Hair clippings, which are composted locally

• Food and organic waste generated in the salon

• Compostable materials used throughout our space

By composting locally, we reduce waste while supporting a closed-loop system that benefits our local environment.

Conscious Product Choices

We thoughtfully select botanical, low-toxicity products that support both personal health and environmental responsibility. Our product choices prioritize cleaner ingredients, reduced synthetic fragrances, and sustainable practices whenever possible.

Our salon environment is designed to feel grounded and restorative. Air-purifying plants are incorporated throughout the space to support indoor air quality and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and stylists.

Lavender is proud to be a clean air salon. We are committed to maintaining an environment that supports the well being of both our guests and our team.

To help us preserve a calm and breathable space, we kindly ask that guests be mindful of wearing strong perfumes or synthetic fragrances to their appointments. Many individuals are sensitive to scent, and reducing added fragrance allows our space to remain comfortable and supportive for everyone.
